VHRR Club Permits
Renewals
Renewal Information
In person
Several club members are now registered with VicRoads to sign renewal registrations.
A club renewal can also be signed, when possible, by contacting the member nearest to you. (See below)
Phil Randall (Ivanhoe East) club.plates@vhrr.com.au
Kay Herlihy (Mornington Peninsula) club.plates@vhrr.com.au
Conor Ryan (Williamstown) club.plates@vhrr.com.au
Leanne Newson (Ivanhoe East) club.plates@vhrr.com.au
Renewal registrations can be as always signed for you at General Meetings.
By post
If sending by post the complete renewal notice with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:
VHRR Club Permit Officer
PO Box 3485
Melbourne 3001. Express post is recommended.
Include a self-stamped address envelope for return of your form, Express Post is recommended. Mail from this post box is forwarded by Australia Post to the VHRR CPS officer so allow plenty of time.
2. An alternative renewal method is to enclose a cheque or complete the credit card details. Change the return envelope address to VicRoads and the renewal document will be sent direct to VicRoads.
Allow yourself plenty of time for this process. Be pro-active with your renewals. It is not the responsibility of the VHRR to advise you that your renewal is due. VicRoads have advised that permits after 90 days from the due date late will not accepted for renewal and a new application will be necessary. We urge all current and future CPS applicants to closely monitor VicRoads and AOMC websites for up-to-date notifications.
